The Growth Room is a monthly 2-hour group coaching workshop facilitated by Daryl Woodhouse. Each session is built around a specific, high-impact growth challenge — the kind of issue that keeps founders and leaders up at night.

Each member shares one thing they're working through right now. Immediate perspective, instant accountability. What you say here shapes the conversation ahead.
The core of every workshop — expert facilitation around a specific growth challenge. Strategy, leadership, scaling, people, performance, decision-making. Structured, fast-paced, and built around your real situations.
Open floor. Bring your live challenge to the room. Unfiltered, honest input from people who get it — combined with Daryl's challenge and coaching lens. The most valuable 20 minutes of your month.
You leave with one clear, specific commitment. Not a vague intention — a decision. The room holds you to it next month. That's the accountability loop that makes this work.
